Unless expressly described as a physical product, downloadable products are supplied digitally and no physical item will be shipped.

When you place an order through this website, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before digital products are supplied.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, suspected fraudulent activity, or misuse of the website.

Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

4. Digital Products and Delivery

Digital products are normally made available for download following successful payment.

Digital products purchased directly through this website are currently provided with a maximum of 5 download attempts, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your purchased file.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Because digital content may be supplied immediately after purchase, special cancellation rules may apply.

Where required by law, you may be asked to expressly consent to digital supply beginning during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that your cancellation right may be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
