RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Digital Products

Our current products are digital products, including downloadable PDF teaching resources, study materials and other digital publications. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Digital Downloads and Change-of-Mind Cancellations

Digital products are made available for download following purchase.

Where you request immediate access to digital content during the statutory cancellation period, you may be asked to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase.

Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and the digital content has been supplied, we do not normally provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind, no longer require the resource, or have downloaded the wrong product.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, Incorrect or Inaccessible Digital Products

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description, or you are unable to access the file because of a problem with the product or our delivery system, please contact us.

We will first try to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement file or restoring access to your download. Where the problem cannot be resolved, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Download Allowance

Digital products purchased directly from our website are currently provided with a maximum of 5 download attempts, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

The download allowance is intended to give you reasonable opportunity to save your purchased file to your own device. If you experience a genuine technical problem and use your download allowance without successfully obtaining your file, please contact us for assistance.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review duplicate-purchase requests individually and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate transaction.

Personal-Use Licence

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a licence for personal use only.

Digital products may not be copied for distribution, resold, uploaded to another website or platform, shared publicly, reproduced for commercial purposes, or distributed to groups or organisations without prior written permission or an appropriate licence.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property ownership to the purchaser.

Group and Ministry Use

Some resources may be suitable for small groups, churches, ministries or other organisations. Permission for group use will be stated on the relevant product page or within the resource itself.

Where group reproduction or distribution is not expressly permitted, please contact us before copying or distributing the resource to others.

Physical Books and Third-Party Purchases

Where our website links you to a third-party retailer, such as Amazon, to purchase a physical book, the purchase is made from that retailer rather than through this Shopify store.

The retailer's own delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms will apply to that transaction.
