Digital Products Policy

This Digital Products Policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Nekeisha Camille | In His Image Books, including downloadable teaching resources, study materials, worksheets, PDF publications and other digital content.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped unless the individual product listing expressly states otherwise.

Following successful payment, access to your digital product will normally be provided through the download method shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Download Limit

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, each digital purchase is currently provided with a maximum of 5 download attempts.

We recommend downloading your file to your device and keeping a secure personal copy.

If a genuine technical problem prevents you from successfully downloading your purchase and your download allowance is exhausted, please contact hello@nekeishacamille.com with your name and order number so that we can assist.

Personal Use and Copyright

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products are licensed for personal use only.

Your purchase does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property ownership to you.

You may not, without prior permission:

resell or redistribute a digital product;
share the purchased file with others;
upload the file to another website, marketplace, social-media platform or file-sharing service;
reproduce or adapt the material for commercial resale;
remove copyright or ownership notices; or
claim the material, teaching or resource as your own.

Churches, Ministries and Group Use

Some resources are specifically designed for use in small groups, churches, ministries, pastoral settings or other organisations.

Where group use, printing or reproduction is permitted, this will be stated on the relevant product page or within the resource itself.

Suitability for group use does not automatically grant permission to distribute copies of the purchased file to multiple people.

Refunds and Cancellation

Because digital products may be supplied immediately following purchase, different cancellation rules can apply to digital content.

Where required, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.

Digital products are therefore not normally refundable simply because you have changed your mind after digital supply has begun where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a digital product is faulty, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot be accessed because of a problem with the product or our delivery system, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide any remedy to which you are legally entitled.
